Solved: Missing AMEX transaction

I have had to apply for a new AMEX card. Since that time, the AMEX transactions are no longer transferred to SAP Concur. As far as I understand from other posts, I need the company AMEX admin. Unfortunately I cannot identify this person. If you could help me out this would be much appreciated.
