Mileage Reimbursements in Italy

Hello!

I know mileage reimbursements in Italy are calculated by the specific make and model of the car.

There is a long list of these rates for every car on the market that the Italy government publishes.

Right now we have our Italian employees doing their own mileage reimbursement rate calculations.

However, I believe there is a way in Concur for Italian employees to enter in their personal car and associated reimbursement rate so Concur can calculate it for them.  It may be a new Personal Car Form?  Does anyone know of this?

This would be a car configuration in the system and would be set up by the administrator if you are on standard and by concur support if you have professional.
