Can someone suggest how to set up the Japan mileage rate?

Private transportation: The total of expenses up to 150.000 JPY per month for

§ The amount for regular monthly commuter tickets when using public transport

§ The maximum amounts paid for one-way distance for traveling to work by private means

@Vivek_Duggal from what you posted, it looks more like you are trying to put some limits in place for the three situations you listed. Is that correct?
