Lyft not auto uploading receipts to concur, tips not added

Hello, LYFT receipts previously automatically added to Concur. Now, I have to reach out to my execs to ask them to manually send. Also, the total differs from the receipt as the tip is not added.

@mmacready  Are these execs using a corporate card for their Lyft rides? I used to have two credit cards associated to my Lyft account and on a rare occasion I would use the wrong card. Not saying the execs are doing this, but I have to consider all things here. 

Are none of their Lyft receipts coming into SAP Concur?

I have noticed that some people are getting two receipts when they do come in, one in the amount of the ride and one in the amount of the ride plus tip.
