Can you provide more information on the specific GET call you are doing?  Most of the v1.1 APIs have been depreciated.  Did you look in Reports v3 for a newer version?  It can be found here: https://developer.concur.com/api-reference/expense/expense-report/v3.reports.html ?  Please monitor the Release notes to check if an API you are using gets depreciated (and eventually decommissioned).  That can be found here: https://developer.concur.com/tools-support/deprecation-policy.html
