Lawson & Concur Profile Creation

Hello,

Our company uses Concur to process expenses and Lawson to make expense payments. At the moment, we are having to build every profile manually, which is extremely time consuming. I am hoping others within the community have faced this challenge and were able to implement a solution to automate the build of Concur profiles.

@Junder42 we have an import option where you can fill out a spreadsheet with all the user information, then import it in to create profiles. Many people will take the employee data from their HR system and copy and paste it into our Import Template to speed things up even further.

I would suggest reaching out to SAP Concur Support or your assigned Concur Customer Service Manager to get help with using the import function.

You can download technical deployment toolkit and use import template. It will have all import templates along with its specification guides.
