I cannot upload my receipts

I get an error message "The following files failed to upload: " when I upload receipts.

I tried to use app, deleted web history, and other browser.

I checked files are less then 5MB.

@kyuhwan is this still happening? What file format are you attempting to upload?

Hi Kevin,

It is still happening, I tried png, pdf. jpg files.
