I can't access Concur support anymore

Hello,

My teammate and I can't access Concur support anymore. we both authorized support admins. So, we can't open new cases or update ongoing ones, nor do any research when needed. I wonder if the website is experiencing issues and if someone else is having the same issue. See below error

@Morchid1980 This will need to be fixed by SAP Concur.  Here is more information:  

To resolve this error, you need to contact SAP Concur Support (via phone or ask a colleague with access to the Support Portal to create a case on your behalf) and provide the following information and they will fix this issue or create an IT ticket with request for resolution:
 
  • Login ID and Email Address of the affected user
  • Screenshot of the error message, which includes the URL

This normally happens if the e-mail of the user was manually changed in Salesforce and no longer matches the CTE e-mail of the user.

 

To call the Concur Support Admin Hotline:

  1. Log in to Concur
  2. Go to Help > Contact Support
  3. The Support Hotline phone number will be listed on this page
    • For United States and Canada dial 1-877-901-4960
    • For All APA dial +61288803271
    • Available 24/7
    • You will be queued if no admin support representative is available to accept your call
    • For Global Admin Support Desk contact numbers click here
    • Language Options:
      1 English 
      2 German
      3 Spanish
      4 French
      5 Mandarin
      6 Portuguese

I hope this helps!  They can normally correct this pretty quickly 🙂
