How to export expense report before admin approval?

I know how to export the expense report once the user submits it to me for my approval, however I need to export their expenses prior to their submission and the only way I can is by using the "Act as an Administrator for others" function. Is there a way for me to do this without this roundabout way? Thank you!

@dsao899 The only way to get the info prior to submission would be the way you are currently doing it.  Unfortunately, there is not another way.
