Just looking for a way to look up previous (closed/approved) expense reports. I have 2 receipts that I have not accounted for, I am not seeing the AMEX transaction posted in Concur. I'm wondering if I expensed them on a previous report.
@t8540ds From the SAP Concur home screen click Expense at the top of the screen. On the Manage Expenses screen, depending on the interface you are using, you will see an option on the right hand side that says Report Library. If you do not see this, then look for the link that says Active Report.
If you see Report Library, click this. On the next screen use the View button to look at past reports. There will be a drop down list of view options.
If you see Active Reports, click the link. Choose your option of views from the list.
