Hotel Expense

Hi,

I have raised a Hotel expense as a part for relocation benefit and there is no change in status; showing as "Pending for External Validation". Also I have raised a duplicate entry for the same claim, which I am not able to recall or delete. Kindly guide how to do the same

@Aakansha Unfortunately once a report is in Pending External Validation there isn't anything you can do. The External Validation happens outside of the SAP Concur system. How long has it been in this status?
