Having multiple problems

I can not log in on my phone, it says im using wrong password but when i log in on my computer with same password it works

Also i can not figure out how to navigate to where i am supposed to put in banking info and i have tried looking it up on the site and the instruction's were un able to help

@gguzzo87 let me ask you, when you say you log in on your computer, what screen are you logging in with? Can you take a screenshot for me please? I have an idea of the issue, need the screenshot to confirm if my hunch is correct.

If my hunch is correct, it will explain why you cannot log in to the app.
