We currently export a .txt file from Concur to import into JDE that include both Australian and New Zealand employees. The Australian employees import fine but the New Zealand employees fail.
I've worked it out down to the tax codes, specifically the 'GST Tax Code' and 'GST Tax Reclaim Code'. I am a local company administrator and I am aware I do not have access to all the features in the Administrator tab that the global administrators have. What area/feature in the administrator area has access to modify the settings for 'GST Tax Code' and 'GST Tax Reclaim Code' fields? Does the GST Reclaim Code '1533' mean anything or is a random number my company has assigned to this field?

To access Tax Administration, user must have 'Tax Administrator' role. Once role is assigned you can follow below navigation to update/check tax code and tax reclaim code.

Regarding '1533', it must be some valid tax reclaim code not the random number. However, you can check with your global administrator to confirm the same.
