I recently experienced multiple fraudulent charged on my company's corporate credit card. I immediately called to report the charges and when speaking with the card representative, I was advised that I would need to go to concur and submit a form that notates which charges were fraudulent and submit this along with my report. I have not been able to find such form- can someone please share where we can find this?
