@saugy113 if your company has the Missing Receipt Declaration (Affidavit) option turned on, then use that. You can access it by clicking the Receipts link or you might see a Manage Receipts link.
If you do not see that option, then the best thing to do is speak to your direct manager and ask them what your company policy is when you don't have a receipt. Every company does things differently and has different policies, so the issue is best answered by someone at your company who is privy to your organization's policies.
