Field-Level Scope Permissions for 3rd Party Application

Hello All,

I would like to allow READ permissions for a third-party application, but only for specific fields within the Expense table. The documentation on v4 API Scopes(linked below) does not explicitly mention this as a capability, but could this be possible following the listed Scope format?

If this is not possible in v4 APIs, is this possible in any of the deprecated Expense APIs?

Use Case: Open API access to 3rd party, but only for fields that do not contain PII.
