Extracted for payment 7 days ago, nothing in bank account



I got the email notification that my reimbursement was extracted for payment on 2/16. I have still not received this payment. I have re-added my banking info after Concur went live again and it was confirmed. This was done prior to submitting my report expense. Is anyone else having delays? Thank you in advance.

@sathomason Hello!  I was able to look in your account and I see that your banking has been verified since 2022.  If you go into your most recent expense report and on Report Details, and then Audit Trail, you will see that there is an EFT Transaction number.  You can reach out to your payroll/HR to see if they can investigate or you can also reach out to your bank.
