WHy does it take so long to get expenses to show up in Concur? I can see the charges on the Credit Card website (US Bank) but it has been a week and no expenses are showing up in Concur. This is particularly stressful as the finance deadlines have changed for end of Quarter on expenses.

@khoon on average it takes about three business days. However, and this is a big however...the two main factors on when a card transactions shows up are:

1. The vendor. The time frame depends on when the vendor processes the transaction.

2. The Bank. The bank compiles the transactions from vendors and puts them into a file that they then send to SAP Concur.

SAP Concur can only upload transactions based on when they receive the file from the bank/card issuer.
