Expenses

I’m a delegate for my boss’s expenses and he doesn’t have two receipts I need in order to complete his expense report.  I know as a delegate I cannot use the missing receipt affidavit.  Is there a work around for this? I’m also new to the company and don’t have my corporate credit card yet, so trying to do the affidavit under my profile isn’t an option.

@ronni_barnett Maybe have your boss write up their own affidavit explaining why the receipts are missing. Have your boss send you this write up, save it as a pdf and attach that to the expenses. The other option is for your boss to log in and do the affidavit themselves. 

You can try my suggestion, but keep in mind those reviewing the report may send it back since the official affidavit wasn't used.
