Card Payments not appear on the expense list

Hi,

Using my company credit card, I've booked my another business trip, bought the flight tickets, hotel etc. 

For some reason the expenses stopped appearing on the list (I can only see the flight and hotel, nothing else... since last Thu).

Since last Thu I ordered at least 12 UBER rides,  I also paid for the dinner(s) but no expenses in Concur for those operarations.

Pls help.

There are two possible problems from my experience.
1. Either your bank feed is not set up / is not working correctly. 

2. If you are a user and are not able to access administration tools, you need to contact your company admin. THey should assign the card through "administration" - Tools"

@zukmic I tried to look up your profile, but nothing came up under the email you provided. I would suggest speaking with your direct manager to see if they can tell you who at your company is in charge of company credit cards. They will need to check with the card issuer and/or make sure your transactions are not hidden.
