Expenses on new card not showing up in Concur available expenses


I received a new corporate card and recent expenses aren't showing up in the available expenses section - therefore my new card might not be linked with my account profile?

Further I have noted that cards are allocated/linked to my profile which aren't my cards in use.

Please guide on how to resolve?

@JacquesV75 most likely the new card isn't assigned to your profile. Your company card administrator will need to do this. Usually card administrators are people either in the Finance, Accounting or Payroll departments. 


As for the other cards, if you aren't using those cards there shouldn't be an issue, but the card administrator can unassign them from your profile.
