Changing a vehicle on an expense report

HI I have recently acquired a new personal car and I am unable to select this on my expense report. the report template is still showing my previous vehicle which was Diesel not petrol and a much larger engine CC.  

I Have added the vehicle in my profile but it is still unavailable in the drop down box on the report.

any ideas on how to correct this ? As Concur is calculating the amount i am to be paid incorrectly

@Shivers21 I'm looking at your profile and I see one car registered as a Personal Car and one car registered as a Company Car. The Company Car is showing as Diesel. 

So, in looking at your report, you selected Company Car Mileage as the expense type, but your new car is registered as a Personal Car. That's why you don't see it. You need to change the expense type from Company Car Mileage to Personal Car Mileage or add the car you have registered as a personal car to the Company Car registration screen.
