Hello - How do i add attendees on the already submitted report 

the option is greyed out probably because the report has been submitted 

any suggestion would help

@snakshin by system design, submitted reports cannot be edited by the submitter. If you need to make changes, you can open your submitted report and use the Recall button. If the recall button is not available, then you need your approver to send it back to you. If the report shows a status of Approved, Sent for Payment, or Paid, the report cannot be recalled.
