Expense Error Message

Hi! I am trying to click on the "open" button to enter the related engagement activity in the expense. When I clicked "open", it immediately shows the error message of letting me enter the report start date and end date. There is not chance for me to enter anything before that. I had cleared the cookies and cached images and files. Still showing the same error.

Hi @Yin ,

 

Without access to your client, I can only imagine that the report start and end dates are captured on the header level. Perhaps you can try click on 'Report Details' > 'Report Header' and add the start and end dates. After you save this, come back to the expense and try again.

 

If this does not work, I would recommend asking you internal helpdesk.
