Expense Delegates

Hello,

 

My manager wants to delegate me to approve for the expense report.  But the “can approve” box is in grey, not working.

However he can delegate my co-worker.  Is there anything wrong with manager's or my account set up?

Please advise.  Many thanks.

Hello @tchiu_ltri ,

 

In order to approve reports you need to have the Approver role (screenshot 1) within your profile or the Expense Administrator can change also the option to not require this role for delegates (Screenshot 2)
