Error Submitting a Report

I'm getting an error on two different devices, and two different networks that's preventing me from submitting an expense report. This is the error message. It's persisted all day. Any suggestions?

Been consistently seeing the same here when trying to submit multiple reports.

Same here - Multiple reports attempted via wifi and cellular both on laptop and mobile. Everything failed.

So, I noticed you all work for the same company. I was informed earlier today that there was some sort of issue going while your company was going through the conversion to our NextGen UI. It was an issue with a 3rd party doing some sort of data call to your company's SAP Concur site, so that is likely what is causing the issue.


I think all you can do for now is keep trying or give it some time and try again.
