Employee attendee traveling status

I am wondering if there is a way of nominally having our employee traveling field status set to 'not traveling'?


90% of our field team do not travel and we are unable to set this drop down box in the mobile application. This means we have to go into every entry on our laptops and change the field. 


Any thoughts on how to address this would be really valuable.

This has been a bugbear for Australian customers for years and, despite numerous Solution Suggestions, Concur have never delivered a solution.  I've given up hoping it will be fixed.

@drobb where does this field appear? I took a look in your site and I didn't see a field with this name.

@KevinD it is a field on the Attendee form.  In our configuration it is labelled Status and only needs to be completed for the employee user.  It's relevant for Fringe Benefits Tax reporting purposes in Australia.
