Employee account always turns inactive

I am an administrator of our Concur Expense System. I always need to reactive the same employee account every month whenever she does her expense report. Her account last name always ends up with '(PUG)' after deactivating. She should be active at all times. Please help me.

@ber128  Hello, and thanks for reaching out!  Are you guys running and employee import?  If so, I would make sure that she is set to Active on that, as if she is not, then it will revert her back to Inactive every time it is ran.

I had this same issue with one of our employees. I opened a case with Concur support and found out it is a new security feature that monitors account activities looking for abnormal changes/potential fraudulent travel bookings. I worked with the support team to have the flag removed from the employee's account. You can find the information within the Shared Changes release notes that were updated on Aug 3rd, bottom of page 13.
