Email notifications to send to campaign owner when expense is submitted

I would like to set up an email notification to be sent to the campaign code owner when an expense is submitted for their campaign.  Is this possible out of the box?

@jonneill will the campaign owner be approving these expenses or do you just want them notified something was submitted against their campaign?

They will not be the approver.  Only want them to be notified that the expense was submitted.

@jonneill the only emails that you can edit or customize are Email Reminders. However, the reminders are for either report submitters or approvers. So, in your case, since the Campaign Owner will not be involved in the approving, there isn't a way to trigger an email to them. 

If you just want owners to gain visibility to what is being charged to their campaign, I would recommend building a report in Cognos that would run maybe every couple of days or once a week automatically that would show the owners who and what was charged against their campaign. This would provide one email with the report attached showing all the activity for the given period of time.
