Email notification

Why do users getting notifications for "Reminder - Unsubmitted Expense Report" when they have delegates already?

Is there any options to avoid this notification?

@Deepikasharon The report belongs to the user not the delegate, so they will get a reminder if they have not yet submitted the report. Even if the delegate created it on their behalf. The system doesn't know if the delegate will be submitting the report or not, so it sends the reminder to the person who the report belongs to.

I understand but Is there any chance to change the email of delegate for user as well in setting?
