Email Reminder to approver's approver

Hi Team,

Is there a way to send 'Unsubmitted Report' or 'Overdue Company Card Transaction' email reminder to the approver's approver?

Hi @pszollosi ,

Technically it is not feasible as there is no "approver's approver" option or setting available in email reminders. Reminders will be sent only to the original expense user and his/her manager/approver (if below settings is enabled in email reminder) but not to the approver's approver.
