Email Notification

Hello. I'd like to receive emails when there are updates to SAP Concur Expense. Where would I turn that notification on? Thank you.

Hello @JPitisi I hope you are having a great week!  I believe this is what you are referring to, but if not please let me know.

 

Authorized Support Contact may opt in the following preferences to receive email updates.

  • Service Alerts
  • Language Support
  • Information Center Notices
  • Case Calls


To receive email notifications for updates and alerts, follow below steps:

1. Click Contact Support link
2. Select My Profile
3. Scroll down to Preferences
4. Select Opt In to receive email notifications for the following:
  • Service Alerts
  • Language Support
  • Information Center Notices
  • Case Calls
5. Click Save
