Edit the Subject line in the automated welcome email.

Hello, I am wanting to utilize the Welcome Email feature by using it to send occasional messages to all users.

While I can easily edit the body of the email, I can's seem to figure out how to edit the Subject line.

Right now, it is a Welcome to SAP Concur message.  I know that is appropriate but fear it will be confusing when my employees see this long after they have signed up and the body of the email has nothing to do with welcoming them to the software.

@edoss that field cannot be edited since the sole design of this is to notify new users about their account being set up. It is not designed to be used for mass communication. You could use the Company Notes option to display messages to your users when they sign in to SAP Concur. 

Unfortunately our Standard version of SAP Concur, doesn't allow for customized email messages.

Where is the Company Notes option?  I guess I am not familiar with that!
