Credit on Corporate Visa Account

Hi, hoping someone can answer this question...

I have a long standing $2 credit on my visa account, that continues to affect the ability to bring the account to a zero balance. What is the best advice to correct this credit? Thank-you, Tracy

@TKeough is this $2 credit showing on your statement only or is there a -$2 credit card charge appearing in your Available Expenses in your SAP Concur profile?

You may need to call VISA directly. I'm not sure how to get rid of a credit, since nothing is owed and a payment cannot be made.
