Corporate card usage history does not appear

Hello.

I am doing Concur for the first time.

When I press that button “Import Expenses”, the corporate card usage history should appear at the bottom, but it does not appear.

Could you please let me know how to fix it ? You can refer to the picture below.

@MichaelLim I looked up your SAP Concur account and I see your corporate card was assigned to your SAP Concur profile on October 1st of 2021. That means you don't have a history yet. Have you been using this card for a while?
