Mileage Claim Exception

I am relatively new to the company and this is my first claim for business mileage in my own car. When trying to submit the claim an exception stating that I have not provided sufficient fuel receipts prevents me from submitting the claim. However, I had enough fuel in the car to make the journey so no fuel top-up was required and therefore I have no receipts.

How can I submit this claim ?.....all advice welcomed.

@mbattaglia since this is something your company requires specifically, I recommend reaching out to your direct manager and ask them how this should be handled. Likely here on the Community, you could get a lot of varying answers, but in actuality, only someone at your company knows how this situation should be handled.
