Concur not opening in Edge browser

Hi everyone,

 

I have an SAP Concur user who is unable to log-in to Concur via the Edge Browser, but it works fine in Chrome. Are there any know issues with the Edge browser?

Hi @TJanko 

 

Normally Concur supports all current browsers. I suggest checking users browser version against below document. Else raise a case with Concur support.

@TJanko Hi Tom!  In addition to Rohan's comment, you can try to clear cache and cookies on the Edge browser. You can also try incognito (private) mode: For Chrome and Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + N to open a private window. For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.  Also, make sure you do have the latest version installed for Edge.
