Concur iOS app is abnormal

this 2 day, Concur app always ask me to refresh to get recent data, even I did that the app still show no data. (neither iPhone (Ver. 14.0.1) nor iPAD (Ver. 14.0.1), any suggestion?

I can find my data from the Windows’ Concur and the data is correct.

The Concur app version is 9.84.0.2010071314

Can you confirm if you are still seeing the message asking you to refresh the app? If you are, when exactly does it appear (when opening an expense report, when approving an expense report etc)?
