My company is moving to SAP Concur Mobile and I've been tasked with assisting clients with the setup. On certain phone IE Galaxy J3 Star's. The app downloads, we setup using our SSO sign in, the client signs in with their credentials. then the app directs the client to the Concur desktop version instead of the mobile version. All phones are current with anroid and security updates. Android V. 8. Is there a resolution for this?

We have seen some cases where users were being redirected to the Desktop version when trying to Sign In with SSO on the mobile app, due to the Google Chrome app within the users' devices being outdated. Can you kindly ask the affected user to update their Chrome app version and try to Sign In again?
