Concur access

Hello Team

We have an Intelex user Gomes, Renata ( renata.gomes@intelex.com )

we are trying to provide ILX concur access for the user

however, we are unable to create the account as it states the user ID is not available in the intelex domain

Kindly assist us on the same

@SBC2165 I'm not sure if you resolved this or not, but that person already has an SAP Concur profile. That is why you cannot add them. Let me know if you are still having an issue.
