System-Wide Login Error – Unable to Access Concur

We are currently experiencing a login issue with Concur that appears to be affecting multiple users.

Upon logging in, we receive the following error message:

“If the problem persists, please contact your company administrator or help desk.”

This issue is not isolated — several users across our office are encountering the same error when attempting to access the system.

Troubleshooting Attempted:

  • Tried multiple browsers
  • Cleared cache / restarted sessions
  • Confirmed issue across multiple users

Impact:
Users are unable to log into Concur, preventing access to expense reports and receipt submissions.

Request:
Can you please confirm if there is a known outage or system issue? Any updates or estimated resolution time would be appreciated.

It does look like there is an outage happening for Expanse - you can check here: Concur Open (https://open.concur.com/)

Yes, I checked the status dashboard and saw a degradation of services for Concur Expense as well. I did note that the Concur Mobile app is unaffected and can be used as a workaround during the interim.
