Concur Mobile App not working

The SAP Concur mobile app is not working, won’t authenticate, buffering, etc. it’s been happening for a week or two making attaching receipts impossible.

@Melodygoody Hello!  Thanks for reaching out.  I would definitely reach out to your SAP Concur Admin for this.  As they can create a Support case and we can troubleshoot what is happening.  I will send you a private message with your Admin contact info.

@Melodygoody you could also try doing a reboot of your phone. Also, make sure the app is the latest version. 🙂

I find that, for most mobile app issues, deleting the app and reinstalling it can sometimes resolve the issue.
