Concur Intelligence Reporting - Field Name ERP

Hi 

We are trying to generate a report that can capture 'ERP' information for all employees. 

Just keen to know which field name that we can select to be put on the report.

@CQIAN I take it there is an ERP field on the employee profile screen that admins use, correct? There are two ways to know which field this is.

1. If you have access to Forms and Fields, you can look at the Employee Form fields to see which field is being used for ERP info

2. Use the configuration report found in Expense Admin. Once you open the report, click the link for Employee Forms. Here you can see all the fields on the Employee Forms and which field is mapped to your ERP info.

Most likely you won't have access to Forms and Fields, so using the Configuration report is your best option. Likely the ERP info is going to be mapped to a field labeled something like Custom-01, Custom-02, etc. Once you find it, then you'll need to look in the data warehouse under a folder named Additional Employee Details to find the Custom fields.
