Concur Expenses not submitted

Hello,

I am trying to make some expenses reimbursement but i am not able to submit the report. It brings out a warning exception that i do not have an active bank account which is not correct. I have been making expenses before now and did not have any issues. I have re-updated my banking information and still it is not allowing me to submit my expenses.

 

Kindly assist.

@olokemi how long ago did you update your bank information? I do know that you enter you bank information through Touchstone and that does take several days to update into SAP Concur. At least from other people at your company posting about this issue, the updates are not immediate. Maybe wait a couple more days then try resubmitting.
