Company Car Mileage calculating less than 20%

Sorry, posted before I added the message.  

The VAT rate for company car mileage is calculating at around 17 - 19% instead of 20%, I have checked several of the claims and there are enough receipts provided to cover the claims under fuel for mileage, can anyone explain this.

@SFBLPL I do see that the VAT rate for mileage for all vehicle engine sizes is set at 20%, so I'm not sure why it would be calculating lower. I suggest submitting a help ticket to SAP Concur to have someone look into it.
