Company Car Mileage Error

When entering company car mileage on the web version of Concur the "amount" box that is supposed to say how much people owe keeps greying out and causing us to not be able to submit mileage. This is only happening on the web version of Concur, the app is working.  Any help to fix this would be appreciated!
