Citi Card some expenses do not transfer to Concur

I have a new expenses since September 2023 on my Citi Costco Card. It shows on the 3rd of the month for $199 from "By Referral Only". But it never transfers to Concur

@chmina Hello! Thank you for reaching out to the SAP Concur Community. I am showing that you use a Personal Card Import to import your charges into SAP Concur. Have you imported this transaction? I would try to Re-sync the Card-
1. Go to Profile > Profile Settings > Expense Credit Cards > Click Update Credentials/MFA option > Follow the steps to re-sync the card using current credentials or entering the MFA.
