Completed my rental car reservation shortly ago and realized after the fact that it was going to my company Purchase Card. How do I go about correcting this? My goal is to have the charge reversed and charged to my personal credit card. Thanks!
@JCS if you just finished the car reservation, then you shouldn't have any charge yet on that card. The card was used to hold the reservation. When you pick up the car, you'll need to tell the rental car agency you need to change the method of payment.
By chance did you book this car reservation through Concur Travel? I'm asking because you can specify on your Concur profile the card you want to use as the default for Car Reservations. This avoids the exact situation you encountered. 🙂
