Change Company (site) for few employees' user profile (for travel and expense)

Hi,

We are moving few employees from one company to another within the same country. 

Do i need to create new user profiles ( Email id won't change) after terminating current one to add new company and the cost center?

What about travel profiles (sabre)? will it be updated automatically at the agency side, or we have to inform them?

@athakar  Hello!  You should haven't to create new profiles, you can just update their data in their profiles to the new company.  You can do this for both Travel and Expense.  For the Travel, you would most likely need to let them know of the changes so they can update the Travel profiles.
