@brmarcha hello there. This is a question that can only be answered internally to see how far back your company will allow you to go for cell phone reimbursements.
This is a policy question and we don't have access to your company's policies. I suggest one speaking to your manager since they will be the first approver of your expenses. See if they will allow you to retroactively submit. They hopefully know what the company policy is.
